  1. Love The Murchison Home Dennis Family Home design. My favourite feature is the fact that this home is ideal for entertaining with all the main family rooms (lounge, kitchen, dining) facing the backyard!

  2. I like the Emerald. Great contemporary looking facade and love the kitchen family and meals opening onto alfresco area and it's possibilities for smaller sized blocks.

  3. I just love the new design "Balmoral 503" mainly because all the rooms seem to have en-suite facilities. The sizes of each room in the house are just perfect. The choices of external features are just beautiful! And of course, it is a double-storey house, which is a must!

  4. My favourite design is the Riverton. It is a double-storey house (lots of space!) and has a wooden door with brick finishing walls. Also it's ideal for entertaining and gatherings which is what I think family is about!

  5. Love the Emerald. The statement facade will make it stand out on any street. The added entertaining space the alfresco area gives would be fantastic during the summer months.

  9. Charlton, it evokes nostalgic images of the 1970s, family and belonging with the inimitable element of 'cool'. I'd never want to leave the house.

  11. Hi Rani :)

I love the 'Balmoral Home' from Dennis Family homes. https://www.dennisfamily.com.au/home-designs/balmoral/#P21mkkM1z7Iyt4Gi.97

I love the design of the Balmoral Home’s open plan living, kitchen and alfresco area, as the whole family can congregate together in this area while doing different activities (e.g. cooking, watching TV, playing in the yard, studying etc.) I also love that all of these rooms are facing the backward, which would allow beautiful natural light to enter this space. Furthermore, I love how big the walk in pantry attached to the kitchen is, as I always struggle to find storage space in my kitchen! This walk in pantry would allow me to organise my kitchen items neatly (or else shut the door of the pantry if it gets messy, whilst the kitchen would still look clean and tidy from the outside!).

The bedrooms upstairs are gorgeously designed, and I love the fact that there is also an upstairs retreat which is a great space for the family to casually hang out, play games, and watch TV together. The room I love the most though is the Master bedroom, which is beautifully designed with a large ensuite and MASSIVE walk-in robe :)

  12. I like 'The Curtin' design since its simple, elegant and matches my budget for a future home. Also prefer the single car garage, spacious kitchen area and adjacent bedroom arrangement.
