Take a bow! The 'Grace Cushion'

I'm thrilled to introduce the Grace Cushion!!!!

I can't take credit for the design. I saw it on a Scandinavian blog and loved the design.

So to decipher the instructions, I called upon my good friend Grace. She is super on a sewing machine....and she gave me hers!!! Literally gave it to me!!! It's such an amazing and generous gift and just goes to show how generous and giving she is..I was touched!!! She also taught me how to use it.

Here's Grace giving me a quick tutorial last Sunday afternoon.

Grace teaching me how to sew in a straight line after threading the needle!!!! I had a great time! Grace has to be the most patient teacher ever!!!

So today after a week when I finally completed the bow cushion, I decided to call it the Grace Cushion, because I couldn't have done it without her and just like Grace, this cushion is graceful and pretty.

It was quite a feat sewing this one, but Grace left me step by step instructions.
There were so many bits to this one.

Apologies for the dark pictures, I'll take some tomorrow morning when there is plenty of natural light. It's a shame that the cushion looks whitish yellow... because it's a beautiful aqua!

It would make such a romantic gift!!! sigh!!!!

I'll be making some more Grace Cushions for my product launch, and if you'd like one, let me know via email!

Thanks so much for stopping by! And don't forget to check out Good Deal Marketplace.

  4. I love this pillow. Especially since it isn't too girly so it wouldn't get vetoed from the master bedroom! Thanks for sharing on Tout It Tuesday!
